* OTE: $65,000–$100,000+, depending on skill, effort, and consistency.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most while developing valuable sales and communication skills.

Your day may include:

• Connect with warm inbound leads and respond to new sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers' needs and priorities.
• Educate customers on insurance coverage and help them understand the value of proper protection.
• Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
• Build trust, overcome objections, and confidently close business.
• Create long-term customer relationships that lead to retention and referrals.
• Track your activity, follow up consistently, and work toward individual sales goals.
• Participate in role-play, coaching, training, and skill-building sessions.
• Learn from experienced producers and continuously improve your sales process.
