As a Regional Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner directly with senior sales leadership, ensuring seamless execution of critical processes while driving operational excellence across the region.

What will you be doing?

• Acting as the primary Sales Operations partner to an Area Vice President and regional sales leadership team
• Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, insights and performance summaries to drive decision making
• Supporting regional operating cadences and coordinating Q  and planning materials
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes including territory alignment, system access and compliance controls
• Executing territory and alignment changes while ensuring CRM accuracy and clear field communication
• Serving as the first point of contact for regional pricing requests and coordinating approvals with Finance and Sales leadership
• Supporting customer pricing inquiries, data validation and ensuring accurate system updates
• Partnering cross functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Sales Systems to resolve operational needs
• Tracking, managing and resolving operational requests while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Driving compliance reviews and ensuring alignment with internal agreements and policies

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations or a related field
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
• Proven ability supporting sales leadership teams in a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience in Med Tech, Life Sciences or complex B2B environments is preferred
• Exposure to pricing or contracting processes and advanced Excel or dashboarding tools is a plus

Locations:
Remote based but need to be located in the following regions Northeast (Andover, MA);
South (Florida or Texas DFW or Austin), Central (MN, IN, MI), West (CA, AZ)

Travel Requirements:
Up to 20% regionally, as needed

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location.
