Inside Sales Specialist (Fully Remote

ONLY candidates located in the Northeast U.S. will be considered for this position! (Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland)

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team! This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a  closer  mentality, we want to hear from you.

• Proven track record:
  Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Tech savvy + strong computer skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred.
• Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer.
• Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance.
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence.
• Strong time management and multitasking ability.
• Reliable work ethic.

We are currently hiring for the following full-time schedules
.

• Track 1:
  Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. (Standard Shift)
• Track 2:
  Friday to Tuesday, 11 AM - 8 PM EST.

Weekend availability is mandatory for both full-time tracks.

Job type:
Full-time

Base Pay:
Minimum hourly wage (state dependent) + Commissions

$65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
