In the role of Account Executive Benelux for PLM, MES, and IoT Solutions (m/f/d), you will report directly to the Head of International Sales and work in a dynamic international environment where your contributions make a difference. • Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, economics, or equivalent qualification in B2B technical sales.
• Proven experience in direct sales of software solutions within CAD, DMS, MES, PDM, PLM, or ERP environments, with market understanding.
• Understanding of processes related to the product development lifecycle.
• Sales and market-oriented mindset with a confident, customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation, structured work style, and ability to work independently.
• Native Dutch speaker with excellent Dutch and English communication skills;
  German skills are a plus.
