• Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads and establish rapport.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Present product/service demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding pricing, quotes, and product/service availability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a consistent basis.

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Customer service skills, able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• Strong communication skills and strong phone presence
• Flexibility and persistence, not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be a key for this job.
• Successfully handles multiple tasks, executes in a timely manner and staying organized.
• Time management skills and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and interruptions.
• Effectively communicates and work well in a team and shows initiative to contribute to company’s growth
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
