• Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and existing lists.
• Qualify prospects and transfer live calls to a licensed agent.
• Set and confirm appointments for licensed sales staff.
• Conduct follow-ups and nurture interested leads via CRM/text/email
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Hit predetermined targets for live transfers and appointments

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
