Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential or existing customers to introduce our services using provided scripts.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and answer any questions they may have.
- Refer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Accurately record call details and maintain sales notes in our system.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Experience:
Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. - Communication:
Clear and pleasant verbal communication skills. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally. - Resilience:
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude. - Organizational
Skills:
Good time management and attention to detail. - Education:
Minimum qualification - Diploma or higher.
- Full-Time preferred
- Part-Time available (minimum 3 full working days per week)
Pay: $1800 - $6500 per month
Benefits:- Partial work from home
