Citeline, part of Norstella, seeks an Account Director to grow and maintain an existing CRO client base through renewal and expansion of long-term partnerships. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor for client leaders and map Citeline’s data and insights to their business priorities.
Lead account plans, drive renewals and new bookings, collaborate with product and success teams, and document all activities in SFDC to support forecasts. Remote US role with strong earning potential.
