Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule (field-based with occasional onsite meetings and remote work) | Monday–Friday
$85,000 – $109,000 + performance-based bonus plan. We are seeking a highly motivated Oncology Liaison to serve as a key connector between our practice and referring providers in our region. In this role, you will build and strengthen physician relationships while executing strategic initiatives that directly impact patient access and practice growth.
Job Summary
The Oncology Liaison is a strategic sales professional who builds and strengthens relationships with referring physicians to drive meaningful practice growth. In this role, you will lead territory development (Winchester/Northern Shenandoah Valley) through targeted outreach, data-driven planning, and collaboration with physicians and leadership to expand market presence. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact by connecting providers, enhancing access to care, and supporting the continued growth of a patient-focused oncology practice

- Growth in new patient referrals and overall patient volume
- Referral-to-visit conversion rates and retention of referral sources
- Reduction in referral leakage
- Expansion of referral networks and provider coverage
- Strength and depth of relationships with targeted referring providers
