Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, drapes, home automation and custom solutions

Provide expert advice on product selection, layout design, lighting considerations, and renovation or remodeling projects

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help clients make informed purchasing decisions

Manage account relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals

Represent the brand with professionalism and expertise

Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or high-end retail sales with a focus on interior design or remodeling projects

Excellent negotiation skills combined with organizational abilities for managing multiple client accounts

Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous

Ability to demonstrate products confidently while upselling additional services or upgrades

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution

Prior Sales experience in the Window Coverings industry is preferred but not required

Self-directed/able to work independently and work as a valuable team player

Friendly, courteous, pleasant

Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the industry

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
- These are critical when interfacing with all levels of Budget Blinds staff and clients.

Punctual and dependable

Ability to lift 25 pounds and can climb up and down high ladders

Ability to measure to a 1/16th of an inch
