To continue our expansion in North America, we are looking for an experienced Solution Sales Manager

The Swiss phone Group, with around 210 employees, is headquartered in Samstagern (Switzerland) and has locations in Germany, France, and our North American subsidiary, based in Windsor, CO.
Our current and future planned portfolio includes our core Alerting and Messaging Solutions, Hybrid Alerting and our Cloud-based platform offering advanced Alarm Monitoring, Security and Crisis Management Communications
The Role:- As Solution Sales Manager, you bear overall responsibility for the expansion and development of Swiss phone's solution portfolio in the Western USA and Canada, via our growing network of Premium Channel Partners
- Expansion of recurring revenues through license and maintenance contracts
- Acquisition of strategic new customers and partners and management of existing Major Accounts
- Steering and closing of complex sales processes (6–12+ months, $150k-$1m+)
- Responsibility for the identification, qualification, and complete handling of public tenders (RFP/RFI) and the Public Safety Grant process
- Responsibility for the strategic development of existing clients
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of mission-critical solutions, ideally in a Public Safety environment (e.g., Alerting, Paging, LMR, SaaS platforms, CAD, Station Alerting etc.)
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and a track record of managing and developing complex channel partners
- Confident presence in front of clients (C-level executive level as well as technical decision-makers)
- Strong closing skills in complex contract negotiations and experience with public tenders
- Demonstrable SaaS/Cloud experience (ARR, OPEX/CAPEX logic)
- High willingness to travel (50% of working time)
- Fluent in English, with Spanish language skills an advantage
