JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Specialty Pharmacy Sales Executive to join our Infusion sales team. In this role, you will drive product adoption and build strategic relationships with neurologists, rheumatologists, oncologists, immunologists, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other key stakeholders across the care continuum. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about improving patient care.
This is a remote position, but you must be located in the Los Angeles or Southern California area.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales targets for infusion pharmacy products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with neurologist, rheumatologist, oncologists, immunologist, nurse navigators, practice administrators, and other key decision-makers.
- Educate healthcare providers on product efficacy, safety profiles, clinical data, and appropriate patient selection criteria.
- Collaborate with specialty pharmacies, hub services, and reimbursement teams to ensure smooth patient access and therapy initiation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Marketing to align on account strategies and messaging.
- Stay current on infusion treatment landscapes, competitor products, clinical guidelines, and relevant payer policies.
- Analyze territory data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM tools.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable healthcare laws (e.g., PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines).
- Represent the company professionally at medical conferences, tumor boards, and regional/national sales meetings.

COMPETENCIES:

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree required; scientific, business, or healthcare-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty sales experience, with a strong preference for neurology or specialty pharmacy background.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy distribution models, and reimbursement/access pathways.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate clinical data effectively to healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
