Business Development Manager

1-800-Packouts helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and other property damage by packing, cleaning, storing, and returning their belongings. We're hiring a Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships and drive revenue across the territory.

• 3+ years of experience in restoration sales or business development (preferred, but not required)
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Proven track record of meeting revenue or sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and presentation skills

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan
• Build relationships with adjusters, agents, and contractors
• Identify new referral partnerships and business opportunities
• Track referral activity and revenue performance
• Represent the company at networking and industry events
• Collaborate with operations to ensure strong service delivery
