This role involves meeting with clients in their homes or virtually to assess storage and design needs, taking measurements, and developing customized organizational solutions using Closet Factory’s product lines. The consultant will create professional design presentations, explain product options, and guide clients through pricing, proposals, and contracts to close sales. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinating with production and installation teams to ensure projects are completed to client specifications.
The role requires a combination of consultative selling, interior space planning, and exceptional customer service to deliver an outstanding client experience.Qualifications ul> li>Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including relationship-building, active listening, and clear communication with a diverse clientele. /li> li>Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, such as consultative selling, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques in a commission or performance-based environment.
/li> li>Candidates should possess Interior Design-related skills, including spatial planning, color and material coordination, and the ability to translate client needs into practical and aesthetic solutions. /li> li>Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings, including cabinetry, shelving, and storage systems, to recommend appropriate products and configurations. /li> li>Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with design or visualization software, basic measuring and math skills, valid driver’s license for client visits, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
/li> li>Previous experience in residential design, home organization, home improvement, or related fields is preferred, as well as comfort working in a hybrid setting with both on-site and remote responsibilities. /li> /ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
