Dealer Refresh is seeking a Full-time Training Consultant to train and coach dealer staff across New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and North Carolina on izmocars programs, including the new Accessory Program and Proven Internet Sales Process.
You will work with dealer principals, GMs and sales teams to implement and measure improvements, develop customized processes for different dealerships, and demonstrate persuasive leadership while communicating effectively in writing and speaking.
