Mixpanel is seeking a Renewals Manager to own the full renewal cycle for a strategic book of business, from early risk identification through contract close. You will collaborate with Customer Value Managers, Sales and Finance to protect and grow Mixpanel's recurring revenue and ensure on-time, on-value renewals in your territory.
You will negotiate contract renewals, analyze a 90–120 day forecast, manage stakeholder maps and blockers, and develop pricing proposals tailored to customer needs.
