This hands‑on leadership role focuses on developing talent, refining workflows, and improving execution to drive pipeline and accelerate deals in a fully remote US setting.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Regional VPs of Sales, marketing, and leadership to raise the bar on outreach quality and team effectiveness while carrying a small personal quota.
