You will be at the forefront of driving change and innovation within the non-profit community.

As an Outbound Telesales Representative, you will:

• Engage with prospective non-profit clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Present tailored technology solutions that address client pain points and drive efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within non-profit organizations.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the non-profit sector.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• 8-10 years of experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience.
• Deep understanding of modern workplace solutions and security products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with non-profit organizations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $20 to $24 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
