Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and hungry Account Executive to support our sales team in driving revenue and ensuring seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will assist in all aspects of the sales process, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively prospect and generate new corporate catering business opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Research and target new clients within key market segments
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Qualify leads based on event needs, budget, timing, and sales potential
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue
Prepare and present proposals, menus, and contracts
Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities toward contract
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and client records
Re-engage past clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
Attend networking events, site visits, and client meetings as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to transition sold events into execution
Conduct post-event follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business
Meet established goals for sales activity, pipeline, and revenue
Other duties as assigned

Desired

Qualifications:

Previous experience in catering sales, hospitality, or event planning preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Compensation:

$70-85K base + commission

Travel:

You may be required to attend off-site events as needed.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $ per year
