You'll work virtually with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits, identify their protection needs, and make informed decisions about their financial future.

You'll help clients:

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone

• Connect with individuals seeking information about available benefits

• Identify individual and family financial protection priorities

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Assist with required documentation

Your relationship with clients continues beyond the initial enrollment.

You'll also help with:

• Policy reviews

• Beneficiary updates

• Coverage questions

• Policy and account service requests

• Claims-related guidance

• Follow-up communication

• Changes in family protection needs

• Ongoing client support

The goal is to become a trusted resource for the families you serve.
