Title And Settlement Sales Representative - Dmv Area
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, self-driven business development professional to expand our market footprint across the DMV area. Operating entirely from your home office, your primary objective is to build, maintain, and grow trusted relationships with local realtors and loan officers.
This role offers high autonomy to manage your own sales funnel from end to end. While we operate with a lean, flexible structure, we buck the industry trend by providing robust, industry-renowned ongoing training. Whether you are expanding your existing network or a seasoned professional, our training program will equip you to exceed all industry standards from your remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors and loan officers. - Lead Generation:
Prospect, cold-call, run email campaigns, and network to develop new opportunities. - Market Targeting:
Target title and escrow closing service customers within the local real estate and lending communities. - Industry Visibility:
Attend real estate industry functions, community events, and networking groups to maximize visibility. - Funnel Management:
Nurture, supervise, and execute your defined sales plan from end to end.

- Must have proven title and/or settlement sales experience.

- Comfortable with cold-calling, prospecting, and managing a sales funnel independently.
