Outside Sales Account Executive / Multi-Family Specialist

We are seeking individuals with a natural talent for sales that are looking for an opportunity to grow their career. If you have success selling other products, we have a terrific training program to quickly get you up to speed on everything you need to know to be a flooring expert.

Location:

San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Concord, Berkley and Pleasant Hill. Applicants must live in territory.

Total Annual Compensation Package:

• $70,000 - $110,000 potential annual income
• Generous base salary of $50,000 annually to start plus commission.
• Company vehicle
• Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance
• Paid holidays, vacation and personal time
• 401K after 1 year

General Duties:

• Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base.
• Determine, generate and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through single-family, multi-family, and commercial property management companies.
• Identify ways to attract more prospects.
• Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services.
• Create marketing materials and sales tools that target key decision-makers.
• Develop sales strategies to qualify and close interested prospects.
• Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices.
