Position: Mandarin-Speaking Sales Executive at Toast

This bilingual role is based out of your home office in the greater Toronto area, targeting Mandarin-speaking restaurant owners. You will be responsible for converting leads into satisfied clients by delivering tailored solutions using Toast's technology. Strong interpersonal abilities will help you build trust and establish long-term relationships in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-ups on marketing leads in local market

• Deliver product demos in Mandarin for potential clients

• Create tailored quotes and contracts for restaurant owners

• Partner with onboarding teams for customer satisfaction

• Assess competitive strengths to best set Toast apart

Requirements:

• Strong oral and written proficiency in Mandarin and English

• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings

• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn

• Experience with Salesforce advantageous
