Sales Consultant II

Role:

The Sales Consultant promotes products and services by building relationships with new and existing customers, primarily in the hospitality and supply/distribution sectors. Using consultative selling techniques, they manage accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction to meet sales and profit goals.

• Maintain and grow sales within assigned territory through calls, presentations, and relationship management.
• Utilize product knowledge and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, CRM systems) to target prospects and market growth.
• Manage accounts, address issues promptly, and communicate effectively with internal departments.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts and forecast sales trends.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and provide excellent customer service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in hospitality or distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to travel, maintain a valid driver’s license, and work in a flexible environment, including remote work with a dedicated workspace. Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform duties involving sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
