The NCHERM Group, LLC (TNG) is hiring a Client Relations Specialist for a remote, full-time role. You will partner with the Business Development team to manage client communications, coordinate service delivery, and support long-term client retention while maintaining high satisfaction.
Required:
3+ years in account management or client support, associate degree or progress toward bachelor’s, strong MS Office/Zoom skills, and excellent communication. Travel to annual conference only.
