As the Director of Business Development – General Contractors, you will lead the expansion of Billd’s newest offer, Predictable Pay. This early pay program enables General Contractors (GCs) to generate incremental margin while giving subcontractors greater control over when they get paid. Reporting directly to the GM of Predictable Pay, this is a quota-carrying enterprise sales role responsible for building pipeline and owning the full sales cycle for GCs nationwide, from prospecting through close.

You will engage senior GC executives, including CFOs, Controllers, senior executives, and Procurement leaders, to build the financial and strategic case for Predictable Pay and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close.

This high-visibility, high-impact role offers the opportunity to join Predictable Pay at an early stage and help shape how we take this new offering to market. You will have autonomy over sales execution and go-to-market strategy, build relationships with some of the largest contractors in the country, and help establish a new category in construction finance.
