Residential Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator for a remote, full-time role based in Alabama. You will solicit and develop a wide variety of residential mortgage loans, primarily through outside sales relationships with realtors and other referral sources.
Key duties include interviewing borrowers, collecting income/asset information, ordering appraisals, and ensuring compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA/VA guidelines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
