The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and results driven remote inside sales consultant. This role will allow you to join a new and growing team of inside sales professionals with the opportunity to help shape how we connect with and serve our customers. Your ideas, initiative, and results will help define the success of the team and create the foundation for its future growth.
What You’ll Do Responsible for sales of educational products, materials and services into the PreK-12 academic market.
Accountable for managing the full sales cycle to achieve or exceed an individual quota.
Drive sales opportunities within the assigned territory via cold calls, email correspondence, webinars, conference calls, etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with district and school leaders to understand their targeted learning goals and key initiatives.
Responsible for creating and conducting outbound calling campaigns, virtual meetings, and product presentation webinars to engage customers and generate new opportunities
Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and account activity accurately.
Ensure customer satisfaction with responsive account management.
Maintain pipeline of forecasted opportunities.
Occasional travel to provide customer support or attend educational conferences, corporate-sponsored training, and sales meetings.
What You’ll Bring 3-year minimum inside sales experience with individual quota responsibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer and digital presentation skills, including Zoom, Outlook, and Microsoft suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while also maintaining a collaborative team mindset
Bonus Points If…A background in PreK-12 sales or education is preferred, but not mandatory
What Success Looks Like
30 Days:
Complete the Rookie Academy and onboarding, begin to apply product and sales process knowledge to developing a territory action plan, identify target accounts
60 Days:
Complete outreach to target and key accounts, begin establishing consistent conversations and meetings
90 Days:
Full territory activity and pipeline ownership

Work Environment &
Physical Requirements This position is based in a Home office environment.
Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. when traveling and/or carrying materials to and from sales meetings and destinations.
Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse
