Position Summary

Commercial and Trade Marketing Coordinator role is crucial for maintaining a highly productive work environment that supports the operational success of the North America team. This position serves as an information conduit necessary to keep a cross-functional team moving forward by communicating goals, tracking the progress of milestones and disseminating asset deliverables against timelines and budget. This position will work with other North America team members to assist in distribution of day-to-day retailer needs.

The responsibilities listed below indicate the types of tasks that the coordinator is expected to execute; however, this is a flexible position, intended to support the ever-growing and changing needs of the team.

Reporting to the National Sales Director-North America, this position will play an integral role in supporting and delivering company values and goals daily. The coordinator will effectively leverage experience, knowledge, and skills to encourage innovative thinking and set challenging team goals and objectives balancing brand, company, and team needs.

The job is hybrid role and candidates must be able to work from home and within New York City.

What You Will Do
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Sales and Account teams across key retail partners.
  • Coordinate retailer meetings and line reviews end-to-end, including scheduling, venue/room booking, technical setup, catering, and elevated, brand-right presentation.
  • Assist with analysis in creating monthly recap (gather and analyze sales figures, follow up in gathering pictures of permanent spaces and animations/online activations).
  • Prepare all meeting materials (sell-in decks, agendas, samples, etc.) and ensure clear documentation of owners, timelines, and next steps.
  • Support upcoming product launches by completing Item Setup and Product Setup Forms across retailer portals with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support demand planning processes by assisting in forecasting, tracking, and reconciling sales and inventory data across retail partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication of demand changes, launch quantities, and replenishment needs.
  • Own retailer and vendor contract administration from intake through execution, amendments, and archival, ensuring compliance with terms and deadlines.
  • Assist with retailer comp request coordinating with Operations and Product Development Teams
What We’re Looking For
  • BA/BS Degree in a related field required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience within sales/marketing/e-commerce role
  • Previous experience within the beauty industry is strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong structured and organizational skills (tight deadlines to manage).
  • Proficiency in sales analysis, business planning, and execution.
  • Self-motivation combined with a team player spirit.
  • A positive, professional, and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the sales, marketing teams, and departments.
  • Computer and analytical skills: excellent Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe Suite capabilities.
