Audio/Video Regional Territory Manager — Michigan (Detroit preferred)

manufacturer’s representative + distribution company
in the professional A/V industry. We’re looking for an experienced, self-driven
territory sales professional
to grow our presence across
Michigan
(Detroit-area ideal).

• Grow and service existing accounts while developing new ones
• Build and execute a territory call plan (integrators, rental/production, end users, government, education)
• Lead
  product demos, trainings, and presentations
  that highlight competitive advantages
• Collaborate with customer sales + technical teams to recommend the best-fit solutions
• Support and motivate partner teams through hands-on product knowledge
• Travel within the territory (field-based role; ~75% travel / 2–3 days per week)

• 5–10 years
  hands-on professional A/V experience (sales, live sound, studio, contracting, integration, system design)
• Strong working knowledge of
  mics, amps, analog/digital consoles, DSP, distributed audio
  , and video applications
• Excellent written/verbal communication and the discipline to succeed in a home-office environment
• Proven ability to work independently while consistently hitting goals

• Greater Detroit area preferred
• Also open to Southern Michigan, Northern Indiana, or Northwest Ohio
