Sales Representative

If you love selling, negotiating, building relationships, and finding a great deal, this is the role for you.

You'll work directly with our sales and business unit leaders, have visibility into our operations, and play a hands‑on role in making deals happen. You'll also have the opportunity to visit our Tijuana refurbishment operation quarterly, giving you a firsthand look at how products are processed, refurbished, and prepared for their next life.

• Sell a wide range of refurbished consumer electronics and appliances, including refrigerators, TVs, small appliances, and more.
• Hunt for new business—prospect, network, make connections, and turn opportunities into customers.
• Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Develop creative, profitable sales strategies based on inventory, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals that drive revenue and margin.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to take deals from quote to delivery.
• Stay engaged throughout the fulfillment process to ensure customers receive the support they need.
• Become a trusted resource for customers by understanding their business, challenges, and buying needs.
• Travel to our Tijuana facilities quarterly to stay connected to our refurbishment operation, inventory, and product capabilities.

• 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience; consumer electronics, appliances, liquidation, closeout, or refurbished products is a major plus.
• A true hunter mentality - you enjoy prospecting, opening doors, negotiating, and closing.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling products where inventory, condition, pricing, and timing can change quickly.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to identify a profitable opportunity.
• Comfortable working with Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis.
• Liquidation, surplus, secondary‑market, or refurbished product sales experience is highly desirable.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Tijuana quarterly.
• Most importantly: you enjoy selling and you know how to turn an opportunity into a deal.
