Automotive Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person (one location) — not available for remote work Compensation: Commission-based, with a weekly draw Experience

Required:

1+ year in customer service

We're looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll guide customers through the vehicle buying process from first contact to delivery, while helping us build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business.

• Set personal sales goals and forecasts at the start of each month
• Stay current on the dealership's inventory on a daily basis
• Prospect daily through phone calls, mail, and in-person outreach, maintaining an organized prospect development system
• Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and supports overall customer satisfaction
• Meet monthly and annual vehicle sales goals
• Walk customers through the vehicle's features, warranty coverage, and required paperwork to ensure full understanding
• Represent the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in every interaction with customers, coworkers, and suppliers

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and professional growth

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to attend scheduled sales meetings and training sessions
• Ability to follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
