About UsHomie Trust Pte Ltd is a licensed Singapore Employment Agency providing recruitment solutions for local hiring, Work Permit and S Pass recruitment.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter to support our business development efforts.
Responsibilities- Contact companies using a provided database.
- Identify the person in charge of hiring (HR or Hiring Manager).
- Introduce our recruitment services using a provided script.
- Check whether the company has current or upcoming hiring needs.
- Record call outcomes and update lead information.
- Arrange follow-up appointments for our Business Development Manager.
Training, call script and contact database will be provided.
Requirements- Good spoken English.
- Comfortable communicating over the phone.
- Friendly, professional and confident.
- Able to work independently from home.
- Telemarketing, customer service or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Flexible working hours.
- Work-from-home arrangement.
- Training and ongoing support.
- Performance incentives.

Flexible.
Approximately 15–20 hours per week (subject to mutual agreement).
