Sales BD Specialist; WFH; Trading; Pump B

The working venue is in Surabaya (Work From Home).

Our client is a Trading (Pump) company. Currently, they are looking for Area Sales Manager.

• Manage all activities in conjunction with the Sales
• Manage particularly Forecast, Negotiations, Reports, Statistics, Quotations, Contracts
• Monitor progress of Sales, Payments, Achievement of targets, etc
• Organise and manage Marketing & Sales events, such as ACE (Association Engineers Chief) meetings, trade shows, etc.
• Manage and organise a sales distribution network also in accordance with the products segmentation
• Check, monitor and handle business profitability
• Expand customer base finding new dealers

• Manage all the documentation of sales activities (e.g. forecasts, reports, contracts, presentations, minutes of meetings, etc.)
• Manage marketing and promotion materials to support the customers to promote DAB brand and products
• Prepare sales targets for the dealers
• Monitor sales of dealers and intervene proactively to achieve targets
• Monitor the competition in the field in terms of products, pricing, promotion
• Work closely with the customers to understand their needs and propose solutions with the aim to increase the sales (e.g. monitoring the customers inventory and sales tendency to help him to grow)
• Identify the plans, actions, activities to grow up with Customers both in the short and long terms (tactical plans as well as strategic plans)
• View and analyse the market potential for the development of new products, new applications, new variant
