As an Account Manager, you will work with a customer book of business and prospects to provide exceptional customer service and support. You will be required to use Salesforce as well as Microsoft Office products to detail your daily communication and set tasks and create opportunities.
Major Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Account Management position is to manage existing relationships and develop new relationships to bring in new business.
- Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high quality customer experience and service
- Complete required reporting in a prompt and accurate manner
- Work to professionally resolve/deescalate all issues for assigned accounts, bringing any critical issues to the proper points of escalation
- Perform a number of accounting functions with internal team
- Non-standard working hours are required for this position as it is base salary plus commission
- 3+ years of Sales experience
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Salesforce management experience is preferred

This is a hybrid position in that working from home will be approved in time with in person training to take place at our office locations. There will be 12-15 weeks of travel included with this position to Trade shows Froggy’s Fog actively attend and exhibit at to continue to grow our reach into new markets and attract new customer.
The salary for this position will be decided upon experience and discussed with formal offer. Salary is paid bi-weekly with monthly commission payments made on the 15 th of the following month.
