Mutual of America Financial Group seeks a Regional Sales Director for retirement plan sales. The role is remote but the candidate must reside in Colorado or Utah, covering a large territory with a focus on new group takeovers and cross-selling. You will report to the Regional VP and lead a proactive sales team.
The position requires 5+ years of outside B2B sales, knowledge of 401k/403b products, and active FINRA/SIE licenses. A bachelor’s degree and life insurance license are preferred.
