Are you passionate about winning complex tenders and developing convincing solutions for the Swiss public sector and other major clients together with a strong team?

• As a Bid Manager, you strategically manage important tenders, WTOs, RfPs, RfIs, and mini-tenders – from the initial review of documents through Bid/No-Bid, pitch summary, and qualification matrix to timely submission.
• You orchestrate the entire bid process and bring together sales, consulting, solution architects, delivery, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Together with the account and solution team, you develop a convincing win strategy and clearly highlight our customer benefits and differentiating features.
• You structure content, responsibilities, and deadlines, ensuring that individual contributions form a consistent and compelling overall offer.
• You challenge content and solutions, coordinate reviews, and ensure that our offers are convincing in terms of quality, commercial aspects, and content.
• You continuously develop our bid processes, templates, best practices, and AI-supported working methods, actively contributing to improving quality, efficiency, and win rate.

• Several years of experience in bid management, proposal management, sales operations, or a comparable role, ideally in the IT services or solutions business and with WTOs, RfPs, RfIs, or mini-tenders in the Swiss market.
• Experience with complex tenders and offer processes in a B2B environment as well as a good understanding of sales, consulting, and delivery.
• You can quickly structure complex information, identify the key success factors, and develop a convincing offer story from them.
• You possess strong social and methodological skills, can align different stakeholders towards a common goal even without direct leadership responsibility, and are not afraid to constructively challenge content, deadlines, and assumptions.
• You are an organisational talent, work in a structured and reliable manner, and keep an overview of quality, deadlines, and responsibilities even under time pressure.
• You communicate fluently in German and English; a higher education in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field as well as experience with Microsoft technologies and the Swiss IT market are a plus.
