Mid-Market Account Executive; Remote

Blacksmith Agency is growing its sales team across the US and Canada. As Mid-Market Account Executive at Blacksmith, you drive growth across both project based engagements and ongoing marketing services, working with a diverse range of clients and partnering closely with SDRs, strategists and leadership to win high value business and expand existing accounts.

This is a consultative hunter role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery and managing complex multi step sales cycles.

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Generate new business while growing existing client relationships.
• Lead consultative discovery, solution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage complex deals with multiple decision makers.
• Partner with SDRs to convert warm leads into opportunities.
• Deliver compelling virtual presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and support legal and procurement processes.

• 5+ years in a quota carrying Account Executive role.
• Proven track record selling high value solutions through consultative sales.
• Ability to navigate multi stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience managing longer structured deal cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Comfortable selling in a primarily remote environment.
