Talent Pop is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first contact for prospects, handling inbound leads and targeted outbound outreach. This hybrid/remote role is based near Costa Mesa, CA, with office expectations by distance and a detailed mileage-based schedule.
Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 with an OTE of $75,000 to $90,000. First 30 days of training in Pacific Time, with ongoing regional scheduling and a clear path toward promotion to Account Executive.
