Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist – North Haven, CT

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to align priorities, drive product demand, and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex, cross-functional challenges.
• Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years.
• Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
• Self-starter with analytical skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60-80%; valid driver’s license.

• Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
• Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP medical calling.
