Position: Allergy Territory Account Specialist – Denver / Lincoln
Location: St. Cloud

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
  • Build a territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
  • Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
  • Use market and competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
  • Use territory data and trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
  • Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues across functions.
  • Provide real-time access support and work with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
  • Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within last 5 years;
    Associate Level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
  • Proven high-performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
  • Analytical, ethical self-starter who can prioritize and apply relevant information.
  • Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
  • Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is essential: must have a fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Training: complete initial training/home study (≤8 hours/day, ≤40 hours/week) for field roles with dedicated training.
