Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist - ARNOLD, MO

Responsibilities

• Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
• Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Use territory data and trends to generate local insights, support pull-through efforts, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
• Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; associate level may have limited sales experience.
• Proven high performance selling to large/key accounts.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
• Reside within the territory (or within 50 miles of the border); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

• Therapeutic/disease-state experience, account strategy, new product launches.
• Patient services/market access knowledge (buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement) and/or medical calling on HCPs.
