Allergy Territory Account Specialist - Pittsburgh, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities; drive product demand and improved patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates/field/home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Use market and competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex, cross-functional needs.
• Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years;
  Associate level candidates may have limited sales experience.
• Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; ability to drive and/or fly; valid driver’s license.
• Driving is an essential function (must have a valid unrestricted driver’s license).

• Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management, and new product launches.
• Understanding of patient services/market access (buy-and-bill), specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.
