Cardiovascular Territory Account Specialist – Worcester, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
• Anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges using market/competitive and cross‑functional knowledge.
• Use territory data and market trends to drive pull-through and lead customer engagements (virtual/in‑person).
• Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex problems across functions.
• Deliver real‑time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
• Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face‑to‑face).

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience (per level) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams within last 5 years.
• Proven track record selling to large accounts/key customers.
• Self‑starter with strong analytic problem‑solving; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

• Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management, and new product launches.
• Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy‑and‑bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
