** Director Swine Division at Schippers USA**, you will take full ownership of accelerating growth, expanding the HyCare concept nationwide, and building a strong team that shapes the future of biosecurity in U.S. livestock production.

* Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the U.S. swine division
* Drive sales and new business development across national accounts and emerging markets
* Scale national partnerships with major producers and industry groups
* Drive commercial growth and HyCare adoption as a full-service solution
* Lead and build a high-performing commercial and technical team
* Oversee ROI-driven demos and measurable customer success programs
* Translate on-farm and market insights into actionable business innovation
* Represent Schippers USA in key industry networks, events, and forums
* Travel: approx. 30–50% nationwide depending on growth stage

* Bachelor’s degree or higher (Animal Science, Ag Business, Veterinary, or related)
* 5+ years in the swine industry, from production to commercial strategy.
* Leadership experience (or potential) in areas such as sales, operations, or business development.
* Proven track record in key account management and business development.
* Strong communicator with technical, commercial, and strategic insight.
* A team builder with a vision for long-term customer partnerships.
* Passion for biosecurity, innovation, and customer-centric growth.## What we offer?

*** Base Salary Range: $120,000–$170,000 annually (depending on experience)

At-will employment with 30-day notice period

* Work Hours:

40 hours per week
* Equity Participation:
Eligible after one year of employment (details to be formalized)
* Paid Time Off: 15 days per year (vacation, sick & personal; prorated for partial years)
