Position Overview
As a RV & Marine Relationship Manager in the designated area (Detroit or Indianapolis), you will develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market. Products offered include dealer-originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services. This position must be located in Detroit or Indianapolis with the ability to travel 80% to dealers.
Responsibilities- Dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff.
- Building business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to dealer customers, requiring a thorough knowledge of bank and competitor products.
- Monitoring competition and making suggestions for product improvements.
- Assisting/training less experienced employees.
- Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales (outside sales).
- High School diploma.
- Must live in the designated market and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular basis.
- Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Local dealer knowledge and relationships preferred.
- Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient at typing and completing pre-call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system.
- Familiar with industry reporting and metrics.
Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay).
