The Role- Maximize revenue from the tour operation segment by creating strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and developing effective sales strategies aligned with Hyatt Inclusive Collection's commercial objectives.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with national tour operators.
- Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with key tour operation accounts.
- Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure profitability and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns targeted at the tour operation segment.
- Participate in travel fairs, events, and roadshows to represent Hyatt Inclusive Collection properties
- Monitor and analyze the performance of assigned accounts, proposing continuous improvement strategies.
- Design and deliver training programs for tour operators, travel agents and their sales teams.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Reservations and Revenue Management, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Produce periodic reports on results and market trends.
- Stay updated on tourism trends and competitor activities.
- Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a manager.
- Experience
Required:
Previous experience in sales for the tour operation segment within the hospitality or tourism industry. - Experience Preferred: Hotelier Degree or similar
- TOEFL or similar
- Experience with function-specific systems
