Remote Sales

Blu Cactus USA is hiring a Remote Sales Representative for a remote, commission-based sales opportunity. This role is for candidates who can sell digital marketing, fashion marketing, presentation design, web, SEO, paid ads, email, branding, and creative services through consultative sales conversations.

The role includes remote work, a flexible schedule, Hub Spot, sales coaching, proposal support, and support from experienced salespeople during early meetings. Blu Cactus does not use AI to screen, rank, reject, or select candidates. Applications are reviewed manually by HR.

Responsibilities include responding to assigned leads when available, building your own sales pipeline, preparing with client research and AI tools, leading discovery conversations, keeping Hub Spot updated, coordinating proposal information, following up with leads, supporting client communication around approved milestones, and helping hand off closed projects to the service team.

Requirements include strong professional English communication, sales experience, business development experience, client-facing experience, or clear sales potential, comfort with commission-based sales, remote work discipline, CRM organization, consultative communication, and willingness to learn Blu Cactus services.

Compensation is commission-based. Commissions can reach up to 30%, depending on lead source, sales ownership, and closing support. Commission is paid when Blu Cactus receives the corresponding client payment. Blu Cactus does not promise guaranteed earnings.
