is seeking a self-driven Business Development Associate to prospect and develop new business with retail florists. You will build long-lasting relationships, help florists save on fresh cut needs, and expand our portfolio through outbound calls and meetings.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales (floral industry a plus), with CRM experience and a proven ability to close and reactivate inactive accounts. Remote-friendly, hourly plus commission structure included.
