Remote Regional Sales Manager – Dallas, TX
Remote - Regional Sales Manager
Health and Wellness
$90-$110k base plus incentive
50-75% Travel
- 5 years of regional sales experience in wellness or medical devices
- 3 years of effective, proven leadership with the ability to influence
- Oversee and drive growth in the sales region defined
- Execute strategic initiatives, develop KPI's, results driven
- Lead, train and mentor Territory Sales Managers in other markets
- Manage key accounts to ensure performance and outcomes
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Work directly with the VP of Sales to problem solve and share successes
- Stay up to date on all trends and product, business opportunities
- Support the growth and expansion of talent as needed in the Dallas market
- Participate in Sales meetings, strong presentation skills
- Health and wellness experience a plus
- Travel required Dallas area
- Must have a valid driver's license
